Warranty

R & J Hydrographics takes all precautions to keep your item safe through the entire process. Due to the nature of the business unfortunately sometimes things can still happen. We treat each warranty claim individually.

R & J Hydrographics:

• Is not responsible for wear and tear caused to the item by reassembling.

• Will not warranty items that have been damaged by holsters, racks, backpacks, or items of the like.

• Will not warranty items that have been abused or show signs of abuse

• Will not warranty parts that have rusted because of the dipping process. This includes barrels, triggers, screws, springs, etc.

• Will not warranty any optics.

• Reserves the right to decline warranty service if they feel it is necessary.

Each Warranty claim is treated individually:

• There is a 30 day product failure warranty on your items from the day they are shipped from our facility.

• This warranty covers a product failure; such as the clear coat flaking off, the paint falling of the item or not sicking, or similar product failures.

• This warranty does not cover scratching.

• Due to everything having a wear tolerance, hydrographics are not indestructible. Over severe repetitive use of an area could show eventual signs of wear. Repetitive wear is not warrantied.
